Creative adults are invited to gather in natural settings to garner inspiration for a variety of creative ventures. Each participant will be free to express themselves individually using the chosen media for that program. Basic supplies will be provided though participants are encouraged to bring their own Please understand there will be no formal lessons, just time for individual expression. This is a group for women who want to get together and have fun! We can make new friendships, enjoy nature, meet for dinner,lunch or breakfast, go to movies, have drinks, socialize, go to festivals, play games. Basically, just have a good time! I will try to come up fresh ideas that will appeal to a wide variety of women! I am open to suggestons and look forward to making new friendships!      

     The goal of this group is to connect people who love doing yoga, love learning new ways to take care of themselves and the Earth, and love discussing holistic topics.      I currently teach yoga by donation out of my 20'x20' home studio in Saint Charles.  I teach a variety of styles for men, women and families, including some specialty programs: fertility enhancement, pre/postnatal, yoga playdates, and Brainy Kids Yoga.
